Join a highly respected Pediatric Surgery team at Brenner Children's Hospital and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families every day. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become part of a collaborative practice that includes six pediatric surgeons and two Advanced Practice Providers dedicated to delivering exceptional surgical care.

This unique hybrid role offers an outstanding work-life balance with a 4-day workweek consisting of 10-hour shifts and no nights, weekends, or call responsibilities. The APP will provide comprehensive care for pediatric surgical patients across both inpatient and outpatient settings, managing a diverse patient population while performing procedures such as incision and drainage of abscesses, G-tube exchanges, wound VAC changes, and central line removals.

Providers will thrive in a supportive, team-oriented environment that welcomes both experienced clinicians and new graduates.
