We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing Urgent Care team. This role is ideal for an APP who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, enjoys treating a broad range of acute illnesses and injuries, and is passionate about providing timely, high-quality care that improves access for patients in our communities.

Our Urgent Care providers play a critical role in delivering convenient, same-day care while helping patients avoid unnecessary emergency department visits. What You'll Do

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries
  • Perform comprehensive urgent care assessments for patients across the lifespan
  • Manage common conditions including respiratory illnesses, infections, gastrointestinal concerns, musculoskeletal injuries, skin conditions, and minor trauma
  • Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic test results
  • Perform office-based procedures including suturing, wound care, I&Ds, splinting, foreign body removal, and point-of-care testing
  • Prescribe medications and treatments within scope of practice
  • Determine when specialty referral or emergency department escalation is appropriate
  • Educate patients regarding treatment plans and follow-up care
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and care team members
  • Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation

Who We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care experience
  • Experience managing a broad spectrum of acute conditions
  • Experience performing minor procedures and office-based interventions
  • ACLS certification
  • Strong clinical decision-making and triage skills
