What You'll Do- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries
- Perform comprehensive urgent care assessments for patients across the lifespan
- Manage common conditions including respiratory illnesses, infections, gastrointestinal concerns, musculoskeletal injuries, skin conditions, and minor trauma
- Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic test results
- Perform office-based procedures including suturing, wound care, I&Ds, splinting, foreign body removal, and point-of-care testing
- Prescribe medications and treatments within scope of practice
- Determine when specialty referral or emergency department escalation is appropriate
- Educate patients regarding treatment plans and follow-up care
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and care team members
- Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation

Who We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current unrestricted APRN, FNP, or PA license
- National board certification
- Current BLS certification
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
Preferred Qualifications- Prior Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care experience
- Experience managing a broad spectrum of acute conditions
- Experience performing minor procedures and office-based interventions
- ACLS certification
- Strong clinical decision-making and triage skills
