HighlightsCommunity Physician Network is seeking a
Nurse Practitioner or
Physician Assistant, to work alongside our Pulmonary Hypertension team at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis, IN.
- 4-10 hour shifts weekly, including in office and virtual home visits. Hours may vary based on patient volume/needs
- Opportunity to practice in the Pulmonary Hypertension clinic, and inpatient hospital rounding.

Qualifications- Experience practicing as a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is required.
- Pulmonary Hypertension, Heart Failure, or Palliative Care Experience is strongly preferred.
- Must have excellent communication, critical thinking, and planning skills
- Must be hard working, proactive, and dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care
- Must be comfortable assessing patients independently
Licensure & CertificationsEducational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana
