Active medical license in West Virginia or eligibility for licensure.

Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, preferably EPIC.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive care to patients aged 18 and older.
Assess and diagnose patient conditions during clinical visits.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
