UW Health in northern Illinois is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our expanding Headache Medicine team. As a leading provider of neurological care, we are committed to advancing headache and migraine treatments through patient-centered care and innovative therapies. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing subspecialty within a collaborative and supportive healthcare environment.

Your clinical support includes:
• Evaluation and management of a wide range of headache disorders, including migraine, cluster headaches, concussion care and tension-type headaches
• Potential administration of advanced treatment modalities such as Botox injections for chronic migraine and nerve blocks
• Collaboration with pain management, physical therapy, and behavioral health specialists to provide comprehensive care plans
• Utilization of advanced imaging and diagnostic tools to support clinical decision-making
• Partnering with physicians and referring providers to ensure timely and effective patient care
• Participation in patient education and support efforts to improve self-management of chronic headache conditions
• Teaching health care students at all levels of education
