HighlightsCommunity Health Network is seeking a board certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well established cardiology team in Indianapolis, IN. We are seeking a highly motivated advanced practice provider with experience in cardiology, ER, PCU, or ICU settings strongly preferred.
- General cardiology opportunity including outpatient clinic and hospital rounding
- Monday through Friday schedule with one holiday per year and every fifth weekend rotation

Licensure and Certification- Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana
Experience- Cardiology experience preferred, but not required
- Must successfully complete a nationally recognized Advanced Practice Nurse certification examination or have current national certification and maintain certification on an ongoing basis
- Must be eligible for prescriptive authority under the criteria outlined by the Indiana State Board of Nursing and maintain eligibility on an ongoing basis
