The Work: - Design, build, test, and deploy Fusion scenarios that integrate Adobe Workfront with third-party systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Jira, Slack, Veeva, Salesforce, etc.)
- Translate business requirements into scalable Fusion automations that reduce manual tasks and improve data accuracy
- Collaborate with Workfront solution architects and consultants to define optimal Fusion-based solutions
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing Fusion scenarios for reliability and performance
- Participate in requirement-gathering sessions and technical discovery workshops
- Document integration logic, workflows, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data governance standards in all integrations
- Support user training and onboarding for Fusion workflows
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to Perform unit testing, system testing, and regression testing for Fusion scenarios; ensure data integrity and error handling.
- Keep up with Workfront releases and Fusion enhancements to continuously evolve your toolkit.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
What You Need: - A minimum of 5 years of experience leading marketing technology implementation programs, including direct management of technical teams or delivery pods
- A minimum of 3 years of experience overseeing Workfront Fusion development practices, including setting standards, conducting design reviews, and mentoring developers
- A minimum of 2 years of experience establishing integration architecture guidelines using APIs, JSON, REST, and data mapping principles across enterprise environments
- A minimum of 3 years of experience owning Workfront integration strategy and governance across Adobe and third-party platforms, with accountability for adoption and platform health
- Experience managing client or stakeholder relationships, including executive communication and expectation management
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)
Bonus Points If: - You have an Adobe certifications or Fusion/Workfront credentials
- You have experience with advanced Fusion scenario error handling and conditional logic
- You have familiarity with other Adobe Experience Cloud tools (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Marketo, AEM)
- You have experience supporting marketing operations, creative workflows, or digital campaign execution
- You have a consulting background with client-facing implementation or support roles
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
