You Are:An experienced Adobe Real-Time CDP practitioner and client-facing delivery leader. You translate customer experience and marketing objectives into scalable data and activation solutions, guide teams through ambiguity, and drive decisions from discovery through implementation and stabilization.
The Work:- Lead client workshops and working sessions to define use cases, requirements, architecture decisions, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
- Manage an Adobe RTCDP engagement or major workstream from discovery and roadmap through design, build, test, deployment, and stabilization.
- Design and govern XDM schemas, datasets, identity namespaces, merge policies, profile enablement, segmentation, audiences, and destinations.
- Guide batch, streaming, API, and event-driven integrations, including mapping, validation, monitoring, error handling, and operational readiness.
- Coordinate business, product, architecture, engineering, privacy, security, analytics, and activation stakeholders.
- Manage scope, plan, dependencies, risks, issues, quality, team performance, and client communications.
- Support solutioning, estimates, proposals, demonstrations, reusable assets, and Adobe capability development.
- Incorporate AI into workflows and applications increasing efficiencies where appropriate.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
What You Need:
- Minimum 7 years of experience developing or implementing marketing technology, data platforms, digital ecosystems, or related solutions.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with customer data platforms, marketing data, personalization, or activation ecosystems.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on or solution leadership experience with Adobe Experience Platform and/or Adobe Real-Time CDP.
- Experience leading client-facing delivery teams, on-shore and off-shore, and translating business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
- Working knowledge of or experience with: identity resolution, segmentation, activation, data governance, consent, privacy, and security and responsible use of customer data
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)
Bonus Points If:- You have Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Experience Platform, or related Adobe certification.
- You have Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign, or comparable platforms.
- Consulting experience and a track record of increasing delivery responsibility.
- You have Experience with agile delivery, estimation, product roadmaps, release planning, and distributed teams.
