As an Administrator you are the heart of the facility. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect by instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, setting and attaining facility wide goals, creative problem solving and overseeing all aspects of facility operation. As a minimum, Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management or related field, an unencumbered State of IL Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA).
