In this vital role, the Administrative Coordinator (AC) will provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the Associate Vice President/General Manager (AVP/GM) and broader Respiratory Business Unit (RBU) leadership team.
Work assignments are complex in nature and require discretion, sound judgment, organization, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a continually changing environment. The Administrative Coordinator will help strengthen connection, engagement, and effective ways of working across RBU. The AC will support onboarding for new team members by coordinating welcome plans, access to key resources, and introductions, helping new colleagues integrate smoothly into the business unit.
