Schedule, Locations & Team- Shift & Schedule: We offer a full-time schedule to improve work-life balance.
- Work Week: Four days per week.
- Hours: Day shift, starting between 7-8 AM. End times vary based on the daily patient census.
- Weekends: A consistent rotation of every other Saturday is required.
- Holidays: A shared holiday rotation is required.
- On-Call Rotation: Our RNs participate in a shared on-call rotation.
- Locations & Travel: You will provide care at our partner hospitals in the Kalamazoo area, including Beacon Kalamazoo Hospital, Beacon Plainwell Hospital, Holland Hospital, and Select Specialty Hospital - Battle Creek.
- Team & Support: You will report directly to the Team Supervisor, who is committed to your success.
What You Bring- Licensure: An active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan.
- Experience: A minimum of one year of RN experience, with at least six months in nephrology preferred.
- Certification: Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Core Competencies: A self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
