Full Job Description
We are hiring a daytime and a nocturnist position. This nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Local Team Collaboration:
  • Join our close-knit team of 20 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers at Adena Regional in Chillicothe.
  • Work alongside Nocturnists and full subspecialty support.

Qualifications:
  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner.
  • Must be Acute Care trained - will not accept Family Medicine training.
  • Prior Hospitalist experience required - Must have at least 1 year of inpatient experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:
  • Day shift is from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
  • Night shift is from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Admissions.
  • Cross Coverage Calls.
  • Nurse Practitioner works independently alongside Nocturnist physicians.
  • No procedures are required in this role.
  • Utilize EPIC as the electronic records system (EMR).
