What You'll Do

We are looking for a technical and operationally minded candidate to serve as an important member of the Corporate Accounting organization. You will combine ownership of complex accounting areas, global consolidation, equity accounting, reporting analytics, and SOX controls with a heavy focus on finance transformation programs. You are not only an accountant but also a builder who uses automation, AI, data analytics, and agent-based workflows to create a scalable, efficient, and controlled accounting environment. We are looking for deep technical accounting expertise,, healthy skepticism in financial review, and experience with eliminating manual processes through technology. You will report to the Corporate Accounting and Reporting Manager. This is a remote position within the United States.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be

  • Support global consolidation activities across multiple legal entities, taking ownership of foreign currency accounting, FX remeasurement, translation, and CTA analysis
  • Prepare and manage equity accounting by legal entity, overseeing Equity Edge, preferred stock, mezzanine equity, dividend accounting, and derivative instruments
  • Perform detailed month-over-month, quarter-over-quarter, and year-over-year analytics across all major financial statement captions to identify issues and lead root-cause analysis
  • Oversee important SOX controls, oversee reconciliation governance, and support CAO and executive financial certification processes to guarantee an audit-ready environment
  • Support legal entity setup, restructuring, and chart of accounts maintenance, while managing departmental and organizational structure changes affecting reporting
  • Automate allocation methodologies, review cost categorization, and oversee statistical account reporting and journal entries
  • Lead the modernization of accounting processes by building and deploying AI-enabled workflows and agent-based solutions to reduce manual effort and accelerate the close process
  • Be the power user and administrator for FloQast and partner with ERP and data teams to improve accounting data quality, reporting architecture, and financial systems integrations

What You'll Need to be Successful

  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a background in public accounting
  • Multinational consolidation experience, with expertise in FX accounting, CTA, and equity/stock compensation accounting
  • Experience overseeing SOX controls and independently validating financial results
  • Expertise driving automation and process transformation initiatives, including applying AI tools, workflow automation platforms, or agent-based technologies within finance
  • Experience with financial data architecture, reporting processes, and control design
  • Experience with leading ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, Workday) and close management software like FloQast
  • An owner's mindset with a reputation for operational excellence and a desire to act as an architect and transformation leader, rather than merely a preparer of accounting entries.

Pay Range Details

The base pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be
different in other locations.

Colorado $111,300-$178,100 (annually)
Washington $111,300-$196,700 (annually)
California $111,300-$215,400 (annually)
NYC $134,600-$215,400 (annually)

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The
successful candidate's actual salary/wage may be based on various factors, such as geographic
location, candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance, depending on
the terms of the applicable plan and the employee's role.
