We9re looking for Consultants to join our growing Financial Operations practice in Atlanta. In this role, you9ll serve as a strategic partner to clients, supporting a wide range of interim and project-based accounting and financial management needs.

What You9ll Do:- Partner closely with clients to provide financial management and accounting support with a high standard of professionalism and client service.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, including CFOs, CEOs, executive teams, bankers, private equity partners, legal advisors, tax advisors, and investors.
- Help clients execute growth strategies, support critical initiatives, and implement process improvements that strengthen finance and accounting operations.
- Lead and optimize accounting functions to improve scalability, efficiency, and business performance.
What You9ll Bring To BPC:Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience
- Bachelor9s degree
- Experience managing an accounting department
- Proven success developing and improving accounting and finance functions to support company growth
- Experience maintaining and implementing effective internal controls
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across functions
- Interest in consulting-style work and delivering exceptional client service
- Willingness to travel within your local market, with occasional support in national markets
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA license or MBA
- Experience at a Big Four or other nationally recognized accounting firm
- Industry experience in emerging growth, technology, or SaaS companies
- Additional oversight experience across IT, HR, or Operations
Compensation and BenefitsSalary Range: $120,000 to $150,000
