Job Description:
Title: Account Supervisor
Department: Account Services
Your Role: The Account Supervisor (AS) is responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of marketing strategies for our clients and will be expected to maintain a complete working knowledge of the assigned disease segment and brand goals. The AS will manage client relationships, oversee talent development for direct report(s) and ensure financial goals are attained as outlined in the metrics associated with this role.

What You'll Do:
Develop deep product knowledge base (i.e., understanding of product indications, market research, marketing plans, and competitive knowledge)

Execute strategy, provide brand stewardship and maintain strong client satisfaction on assigned brand(s)

Communicate client needs to all cross functional partners, including creative and project management, ensuring projects are on brief and in line with brand strategy

Effectively present the agency's recommendations, points-of-view, or strategy documents to clients, taking a leadership role in their preparation

Work with Project Management to provide accurate and timely product forecasts - while seeking supervisor's input on critical situations or changes

Ensure that team members know and follow established agency account procedures, including but not limited to; agency process, client process and project status tracking

Assist in the development of Project Briefs, SOWs Client Presentations and Brand Plans

Conduct regular meetings with account group team to discuss client issues, opportunities and work in progress

Coach and develop direct report(s) by creating individual development plans, providing on the job learning and ensuring attendance at relevant OHGU courses

Lead and participate in live and virtual client meetings, engage with clients independently on tactical and strategic initiatives under the guidance of senior account team members

Review internal contact reports, status reports, and hotsheets to ensure accuracy of project details and next steps

Contribute to the development of recommendations of project optimizations based on client feedback, MLR discussions, and market research/insights

Assist senior account team members as needed with meeting prep, project updates, and client deliverables

What You'll Need:
Superior verbal and written communication skills

Superior organizational skills

Able to collaborate across a multi-disciplinary brand team

Excellent presentation skills with an ability to present ideas to brand teams and clients

Experience working on digital projects or accounts with strong digital focus

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of medical marketing or agency experience

Previous experience managing one or more direct reports

Able to travel to client meetings

Pharmaceutical advertising is preferred, not required

This is a hybrid position. As per Omnicom policy, hybrid employees are expected to be in the office 3 days/week.
The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire. $90,000 - $116,500

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
