Account Manager, Senior - Healthcare Interoperability

Department: Sales

Location: US-Remote

Description

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for promoting and selling Infor products by nurturing and developing sales opportunities focusing on our healthcare medical device market segment. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for achieving both company and personal quotas. Responsibilities include developing marketing plans that provide leads, managing assigned accounts, and understanding customers' business issues and design strategies.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

  • Work closely with existing clients to understand their business objectives and create appropriate solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Articulate the Infor value proposition and successfully communicate the value, competitive advantages, resources and processes to clients.
  • Generate pipeline and achieve or exceed consistent annual quota achievement.
  • Challenge your clients and prospects to think differently by developing compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis.
  • Develop customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans. Establish, document, and maintain solid communication and follow-up procedures for all assigned accounts.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience selling software and/or technology business solutions.
  • Experience selling directly to the medical device and/or healthcare industry.
  • Experience developing solutions with an Electronic Health Record (EHR) interoperability focus.
  • Data governance experience.
  • Robotics/AI experience.
  • Experience establishing and managing executive level customer relationships across an organization.
  • Experience managing multiple sales cycles simultaneously.
  • Experience developing business relationships with extended team members to drive sales.
  • Experience working in a quota-driven role.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working cross functionally in a matrix-management environment with extended team members.
  • Experience within the SI partner community.
  • Experiencing working with cloud-based solutions.
