Job Summary:

The Account Manager, Programmatic, is responsible for the day-to-day post-sale execution and campaign management across our roadside, airport, and Times Square inventory footprints. This role interfaces closely with the Product, Ad Operations, Data, and Sales teams to ensure Clear Channel Outdoor programmatic campaigns deliver value to clients and maximize revenue to the organization.

                                                                                                    

Job Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end post-sale activity for a substantial book of business across the country, servicing client-direct, trading desk, and agency business.

  • Utilize multiple industry-leading Supply-Side Platforms (SSP) and proprietary CCO tech solutions in a hands-on-keyboard fashion to manage, report on, and optimize campaigns.

  • Engage with DOOH and omnichannel Demand-Side Platforms (DSP) partners including The Trade Desk, Yahoo, Vistar Media, DV360, and others to facilitate campaign activation.

  • Produce insights and reports mid and post-campaign to deliver against client KPIs and optimize yield for CCO.

  • Partner with sales team to strategically upsell, cross-sell, and drive renewals for existing accounts.

  • Liaise with the data team to set up research studies, review study outcomes, and craft optimization recommendations for clients.

  • Manage project and campaign-level deliverables across internal and partner stakeholders.

  • Provide hands-on assistance with any escalations as they pertain to ad implementation, creative issues and troubleshooting, ad tagging, third party integrations, inventory, and/or campaign delivery discrepancies.

  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.

Work Experience

  • Minimum 18 months working across functions in the media agency, publisher, or OOH media-owner space in a media planning, media buying, or account management capacity.

  • One year working in a programmatic-heavy or programmatic-centric role working with ad technology (i.e., platforms, products, and monetization) and managing ad campaigns preferred.

  • Experience with OOH-specific ad tech like Vistar, Broadsign, Place Exchange, Magnite, Hivestack, etc. preferred.

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), PowerBI, Atlassian platforms.

The Targeted Compensation Range for this New York position is:
Min: $ 72,000
Max: $ 112,000 
Bonus eligible, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.

Ultimate compensation will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, skills, scope and responsibility of the position, as well as pursuant to salary market benchmarks. This salary range is a good-faith estimate of the salary for this position.
