Job Title: Account Manager, Medical

Job Type: full-time; remote

Location: Minneapolis, MN perferred or surrounding states/regions

How You'll Make an Impact

As a Territory Account Manager you'll play a critical, customer-facing role responsible for growing, supporting, and strengthening Lubrizol's Medical Polymer and Device customer portfolios. This position manages strategic customer relationships, drives sustainable growth, and ensures a high-value, differentiated experience for our medical customers across the assigned region.
The Account Manager leverages strong commercial excellence, market insight, and consultative selling to identify opportunities within Medical TPU and Medical Device applications, connecting customers to Lubrizol's technology, product, marketing, and service capabilities while promoting the full value of our medical solutions.

In this role, you will focus on:

Strategic Account Leadership
  • Maintain and expand relationships with strategically important customers across the Medical TPU and Medical Device portfolios.
  • Lead the development and execution of account strategies tailored specifically to medical market needs.
  • Deliver targeted revenue and margin objectives within the medical segment and support continued profitable growth.

Medical Market Growth & Opportunity Development
  • Build and manage a robust commercial pipeline for opportunities in Medical TPU and medical device applications.
  • Identify and quantify opportunities that accelerate the adoption of Lubrizol's medical solutions.
  • Provide market-driven insights into Medical TPU and medical device trends, competitive dynamics, and unmet needs.

Cross-Functional Commercial Collaboration
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align pricing, positioning, and customer initiatives.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional resources to meet technical and commercial expectations of medical customers.

Customer Engagement & Experience
  • Champion consultative, value-based selling approaches tailored to medical OEMs and value-chain partners.
  • Lead joint planning efforts with key medical accounts to define shared performance goals and long-term strategies.
  • Maintain CRM and forecasting accuracy to support S&OP processes.

Operational & Commercial Excellence
  • Deliver timely, accurate reporting, forecasts, and account updates for Medical TPU and Medical Device segments.
  • Support receivables and proactively escalate supply or service challenges impacting medical customers.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and ethical standards.


Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success

Salary Range: $126,000 - $170,000.

This range represents a good faith salary estimate for this position. The specific rate will be determined by variables such as education, experience, skill set, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data and may come with additional bonus incentives.
