Title: Account Manager (Industrial)

You will be joining a highly motivated and dynamic team that is making a difference to the customer. You will work with presales solution architects, service line leads, delivery and project managers. As member of a global account team, you will collaborate in a mutually respectful environment to meet customer needs and deliver customer value.

What you'll be doing

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Account Manager to join our team, focusing on mid-to-large enterprises within the Industrial, Consumer Goods, and Retail sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts, driving incremental sales growth, and maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSAT).

The ideal candidate has a proven ability to engage effectively with all levels of IT management and a strong understanding of IT technologies.

What you bring to the team
  • 10+ years of experience in the Account Management in US
  • Experience with Manufacturing/Consumer Goods/Retail sectors would be preferred
  • Should have handled US $10M+ annual revenue accounts
  • Experience in working in the mid-to-large enterprises
  • Experience with GSIs as an Account Manager, CP is preferred
  • Significant understanding and articulation capability of IT Technologies/Services from infra to apps to AI
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Solid track record of success, supported by strong references.


As required by the equal pay and transparency acts, the expected base salary for this position is: $150k-$180k base+ bonus.

The expected pay is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area. Employees are eligible to participate in Hitachi Digital Services bonus/variable/commission pay programs, where applicable, and are subject to the program's conditions and restrictions.
