DescriptionWe're looking for a driven Sales Account Executive with 1-3 years of transportation and B2B sales experience to expand LTL/LCL and FTL/FCL business across Hawaii, Alaska, and Guam. In this high-impact, field-focused role, you'll win new business, meet clients face-to-face, and build lasting customer relationships while growing your sales career in a dynamic logistics environment.
Compensation: $90K plus commission
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Employment Type & Shifts Job Responsibilities - Develop new LTL/LCL and FTL/FCL accounts through face-to-face and inside sales
- Spend 60% of the time in the field meeting customers
- Manage account implementation and ongoing customer relationships
- Meet or exceed revenue and growth goals
- Conduct market research, follow-ups, and sales administration
- Overnight travel as needed
- 1-3 years of transportation, logistics, and B2B sales experience
- 1-3 years of LTL/LCL sales experience required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
