Full Job Description
About the Role

Keebler is looking for a driven, full-cycle Account Executive to own their book of business from first touch to signed contract. This is not a role where deals get handed off midway - you will personally generate top-of-funnel pipeline and stay accountable for every deal assigned to you throughout the entire Keebler sales journey, from initial outreach through discovery, evaluation, negotiation, and close.

We're looking for someone who thrives on ownership: building their own pipeline, nurturing relationships over a longer sales cycle, and closing complex deals with healthcare and technology stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Build top-of-funnel pipeline. Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and creative pipeline-generation strategies.
  • Own the full sales cycle. Manage every assigned deal end-to-end - from first conversation through discovery, solution positioning, stakeholder alignment, proposal, negotiation, and contracting.
  • Nurture long-cycle relationships. Maintain consistent, value-driven engagement with prospects throughout extended evaluation periods, keeping deals warm and moving forward.
  • Navigate complex buying committees. Identify and build relationships with economic buyers, clinical stakeholders, and technical evaluators within provider and payer organizations.
  • Forecast accurately. Maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline in the CRM and provide reliable forecasting to sales leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally. Work closely with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and a strong customer experience from close through onboarding.
  • Represent Keebler's value. Clearly articulate ROI and clinical/financial impact to sophisticated healthcare buyers.
  • Operate with urgency. Be exceptionally responsive to prospects and customers, treating speed as a competitive advantage. When a buyer is engaged, you move quickly-following up promptly, removing blockers, and maintaining momentum throughout the sales process.

What You'll Need

  • Required: Proven experience selling SaaS solutions, and/or direct experience working within value-based care provider organizations (e.g., in a clinical operations, quality, or revenue role prior to moving into sales).
  • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in a full-cycle sales role.
  • Demonstrated success building your own pipeline - this role requires hunting, not just closing inbound leads.
  • Comfort managing longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles typical of healthcare and enterprise SaaS deals.
  • Strong discovery, negotiation, and contracting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate technical or clinical concepts into clear business value.
  • A bias toward action and exceptional responsiveness-you don't let an engaged prospect wait, and you take personal ownership of keeping deals moving.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience selling into or working within the risk adjustment technology space.
  • Familiarity with value-based care economics, HCC coding, RAF scores, or related risk-adjustment methodologies.
  • Existing network of relationships within provider groups, ACOs, MSOs, or health plans.

What we offer

  • Base salary: $140,000-$160,000
  • On-target earnings: 100% of base (total OTE $280,000-$320,000)
  • Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Professional growth and development opportunities.
  • Collaborative and supportive team culture.
  • Chance to make a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.

When Applying

In addition to your resume, also include:

  • A one page response that explains your thought process and approach to this scenario: Our CEO, Isaac Park is suddenly out sick, and it falls to you to keynote a conference in front of a room of 10,000 people. Also, it's your second day. How do you approach this crowd?
  • A highly personalized, bold, and hilarious "Keebler Health-style" introduction that grabs attention - outgoing, fun, and uniquely you (not uniquely ChatGPT). Think: confident, high-energy, slightly irreverent (but still professional), with a smart nod to healthcare, value-based care, and the fact that we're building something real.
