POSITION DESCRIPTION

We are seeking senior-level sales professionals with candidates residing in the West region of the United States. Preferred locations include San Fransisco, CA, San Diego, CA and Oregon.

The Enterprise Account Executive (AE) acts as a business hunter, focusing on identifying and winning new opportunities within ITA Group's Events, Employee Experience, Channel Partner Solutions, and Customer Experiencespaces. This includes securing and conducting client meetings, leveraging marketing tech stack sales tools, and aligning ITA Group's solutions to clients' business needs.

The AE plays a pivotal role in uncovering client business challenges, understanding their brand and total rewards strategy, and creating demand through strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Once an opportunity is identified, the AE partners with internal teams to design tailored solutions grounded in client data and insights. Success is measured by the achievement of client goals, financial outcomes, and the lasting impact on their programs.

What does it take to be a successful AE at ITA Group?
  • Have a hunter-mentality; uncovering client's current business challenges as well as what motivates their various stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to use your knowledge, network and business acumen to create demand for ITA Group's products and services by forging strong relationships through a network of coaches and key decision makers.
  • Expertise and curiosity - a deep knowledge of multiple industries' go-to-market channel and an ability to share your knowledge in a way that earns you a spot in the c-suite of your clients.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the market (e.g., attending and acting as an expert at conferences (leading breakouts, speaking engagements, panel discussions), leadership roles in industry associations, social selling, etc.)
  • Strong presentation skills, fluent in round table discussions and a knack for creating business cases to justify $1M+ investments.
  • Be a team player - throughout the selling process, you will work with an internal team of experts to design activation solutions rooted in research, science and a deep understanding of our client's needs. We then design solutions that create an emotional connection and returns on your clients' KPIs. Throughout this process, the AE must be able to flex between leading, contributing and partnering to successfully close business.

Elements of our benefit package for the AE team include:
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Leaders of Excellence annual incentive trip
  • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
  • Comprehensive healthcare packages

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messaging and effective calls-to-action.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated commitment to collaboration, empathy, diversity of thought, and active listening.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to respond promptly, solve problems effectively, and provide a high level of service to both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Consistently maintains a positive attitude and contributes to a safe, productive, and inclusive work environment.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed to support projects, client meetings, and deadlines.
  • Experience in a service-oriented or client-facing industry is preferred.
