Compensation: ~$80K+ Base Salary & Guaranteed Allowances | Uncapped Commissions + Quarterly Bonuses (OTE $125K+)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

New Business Development– Prospect, cold call, network, and generate leads to target mid-to-large-sized organizations and various industries.

Full Sales Cycle Management– Build pipeline strategies, deliver executive-level presentations, and close multi-stakeholder deals.

Consultative Selling– Understand customer needs and develop customized service programs that add measurable value.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-3+ years B2B sales experience, ideally in facility services, uniforms, industrial supply, logistics, or service-based industries.

-Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and close mid-market to enterprise-level deals.

-Strong consultative sales skills, including uncovering pain points, creating value-based proposals, and influencing decision-makers.

-Experience presenting to multiple stakeholders, including procurement, facilities managers, and C-suite executives.

-Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience strongly considered.
