Account Director, Wealth and Asset Management

We\'re Looking for an Account Director, Wealth Management

The Account Director, Wealth Management is a proactive and knowledgeable consultant and ally for customers, responsible for ensuring that InRhythm is meeting our objectives, while delivering on the promise of quality and providing a world-class experience. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for the financial aspects of the partnership, including maintaining current business and executing on growth targets.

The main goal of our Account Director, Wealth Management is to drive net new sales from named prospects within your assigned accounts. In this role, you will partner cross functionally with internal teams to drive business opportunities from initial prospecting through negotiation to contract close.

  • Own your role and its development
  • Be proactive with account strategy, becoming innovative with hunting and farming activities
  • Build strong client relationships and establish trust with all key client contacts to mine new opportunities
  • Develop business and achieve revenue targets by growing the existing revenue base and farming out new business within multiple accounts, fully managing the sales pipeline
  • Ability to act as the lead and single point of contact for client relationships
  • Learn, absorb, and adapt quickly to ever-changing business priorities
  • Contribute new ideas and support the wider team


What You Bring To The Table

  • Minimum 10 years of $3 Mil+ quota-carrying experience in a full cycle sales role with strong prospecting, qualifying, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Proven track record of managing, growing, and retaining Enterprise Financial Services accounts (Fortune 250); a plus if that experience was specifically with wealth or asset management firms
  • Strong business and technical skills to interface with customers and other team members
  • Highly organized leader and team player that is organized, persistent with a strong work ethic, adapts quickly, and independent
  • Skilled in Solution Discovery and Value Selling to enable sale of onshore engineering services
  • Must have experience selling services or SaaS/SW deals of $250K+ (custom-preferred)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce required

  • Develop, own, implement, and manage SOWs
  • Establish clear and mutually agreed upon consultant matrix with the client; including fees, expectations on quality, and timescales
  • Ensure services are delivered at the agreed price, quality, and time
  • Extensive preparation for client meetings, including producing sales and marketing materials as needed
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, solutions roadmap, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP submission, SOW crafting, negotiation and deal signing
