About The Job:
Lead strategic partnerships and drive business growth as an Account Director! In this pivotal role, you'll foster strong client relationships, spearhead project initiatives, and optimize workload profitability. As a team leader, you'll mentor and guide internal teams, cultivating talent and powering collaborative success.

A Day in the Life:
Lead multi-channel client campaigns, meeting expectations, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with Project Management.
Strategically manage brands through launches, positioning, and campaigns, providing proactive recommendations.
Foster team growth through mentorship, performance goal-setting, and development planning.
Collaborate with internal teams, finance, and senior management to drive business objectives and resolve conflicts.
Identify organic growth opportunities, evaluate cross-functional ideas, and optimize account strengths.
Utilize agency resources creatively, staying adept in digital, media, social, analytics, and new business pitch processes.

What you will need:
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
6+ years of industry experience, preferably in healthcare and pharma advertising.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
