Access Innovation Advisor

Our Access Innovation Advisor will lead projects and analysis related to patient access optimization within ambulatory clinics. Identify opportunities to improve ambulatory capacity utilization, scheduling optimization, patient volume, onboarding of call center appointment scheduling, and patient, provider and staff satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
• Five years experience to include the majority of the following: serve as a technical or operational expert for a group of employees, analyzing data to solve problems, provide guidance to and/or assist staff on non-routine or escalated issues required.
• Bachelor's degree in a business or healthcare related field OR equivalent combination of education/experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in an ambulatory clinic healthcare environment preferred.
• Project management experience within an academic medical center environment preferred.
• Experience within Epic Cadence environment preferred.
• Master's degree in health information management, health administration, business, or healthcare related field preferred.
