Responsibilities

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Alarm Systems
  • Run low voltage and composite cables within commercial buildings, including conduit and concrete work
  • Install door strikes and maglocks as necessary
  • Ensure all wiring and installations comply with customer satisfaction and contractual standards
  • Coordinate with Installation Team Leads or Project Managers for scheduling and equipment delivery
  • Conduct system tests and troubleshoot for compliance with local, state, and federal codes
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support as needed

  • Running low voltage and composite cables in commercial buildings, including conduit work and concrete drilling
  • Cutting in door strikes and maglocks as needed
  • Completing all wiring, connections, and equipment installations to meet customer satisfaction and contractual requirements
  • Collaborating with Installation Team Leads or Project Managers to manage schedules and equipment delivery
  • Conducting system tests and troubleshooting to ensure full functionality and compliance with local, state, and federal codes
  • Providing technical escalation support both on-site and remotely
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no DUI/DWI in the last 3 years)
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75-100%) and work flexible shifts, including overnight travel
  • Must have reliable personal transportation for use during the initial training period; must be willing to attend a mandatory one-week, in-person technician orientation in Lowell, Arkansas upon hire; orientation is scheduled shortly after hire based on the next available session, and a company vehicle will be provided upon completion of orientation
$30 - $50 an hour Based on experience/qualifications.
