Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

Albany Auto Group is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an F&I Manager
At least 1 year of dealership experience required
Experience with DMS systems required; CDK systems is a plus
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Thorough understanding of federal, state, and local regulations related to automotive financing and sales

Key Responsibilities:

Present financing options to customers and clearly explain aftermarket products, extended warranties, and service policies
Accurately process financing and lease agreements while securing approvals through appropriate financial institutions
Ensure all deals comply with federal, state, and company regulations
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, lenders, and internal team members
Uphold ethical standards and represent the dealership with professionalism at all times

Compensation & Benefits:

Weekly base salary of $600 plus monthly commission
Earning potential of $200,000+ annually
