Job Description:

OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a talented All Source Analyst with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) experience who is passionate about supporting National Security missions. The ideal candidate appreciates partnering with our customer and a group of intelligence and cybersecurity experts. This position will provide specialized All Source intelligence analysis focused on SCADA systems, operational technology (OT), and critical infrastructure networks.

GENERAL DUTIES:

  • Fuse traditional intelligence reporting, technical cyber data, and SCADA/OT-specific insights to assess threats to U.S. and DoD critical systems, including industrial control systems (ICS) that support military, government, and national-level infrastructure.
  • Leverage your understanding of cyber operations and industrial system architectures to evaluate adversary capabilities, identify emerging vulnerabilities, and support indications and warning for threats targeting SCADA and OT environments.
  • Combine core all-source analytic tradecraft with technical knowledge of ICS/SCADA systems to deliver actionable assessments that enhance situational awareness and operational readiness.
  • Conduct comprehensive all-source analysis to determine adversary capabilities and intent, strengthening the predictive and proactive aspects of cyber defense.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Five or more years of experience supporting military or intelligence missions.
  • Experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis in DoD, IC, or combatant command environments.
  • Familiarity with SCADA/ICS/OT systems, architectures, and common protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3, OPC, BACnet).
  • Understanding of cyber threat actor TTPs targeting industrial control systems and critical infrastructure.
  • Experience with intelligence and analytic tools such as M3, Palantir, Analyst Notebook, cyber TIPs, or ICS security platforms.
  • Strong ability to synthesize technical OT insights with non-technical reporting to deliver actionable intelligence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior-level audiences.


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Engineering or related field.
  • Cyber Security Analyst (CySA+) or equivalent
  • Ten or more years of experience supporting military or intelligence missions.
  • Experience with cyber operations, threat intelligence, or network defense.
  • Experience conducting predictive analysis or supporting cyber incident response.
  • Familiarity with OT security assessments, ICS incident response, or industrial cyber threat intelligence.
  • Training with ICS security frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-82, MITRE ATT&CK for ICS).


CLEARANCE:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance minimum required
