Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Review, verify, and dispense prescription medications accurately.
- Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and adherence.
- Conduct Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services.
- Collaborate with providers to recommend appropriate medication therapies.
- Monitor medication effectiveness and identify potential drug interactions.
- Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety standards.
- Support daily pharmacy operations and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
- Current and unrestricted pharmacist license.

- Ability to work collaboratively with patients, providers, and pharmacy staff.
Work Environment Works in a community health center/pharmacy setting with frequent patient interaction and collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
