Qualifications

• Valid LPN or RN license in Illinois
• Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience
• Current CPR certification
• Experience with pediatric care preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for a 9-year-old female client with a G-tube
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient’s health and report changes to the healthcare team
• Educate family members on care procedures and G-tube management
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
