The ideal candidates should have a strong background quality and manufacturing, specifically in developing and maintaining quality systems.
Requirements of the Quality Engineer- 8+ years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA
- Hands-on experience with QMS/QOS implementation, execution, or improvement
- Experience with quality data analysis, reporting, and metrics
- JIT Experience ideal
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and support corrective/preventive actions
- Experience supporting audits (ISO, IATF, VDA); certification a plus
- Passion for quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence

Responsibilities of the Quality Engineer- Act as a subject matter expert for QMS, QOS, and PMT deployment and sustainment
- Support development, rollout, and continuous improvement of quality systems aligned with business goals
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, stability, and waste reduction
- Support implementation, validation, training, and optimization of quality systems and tools
- Gather user feedback and enhance system usability and effectiveness
- Support supplier and manufacturing quality processes through QMS/QOS tools
- Participate in internal and external audits, including preparation and follow-up actions
- Assist with supplier audits to ensure compliance and performance improvement
- Monitor KPIs, identify risks, and support corrective and preventive actions
- Analyze data to improve reporting accuracy and drive insights
