Senior Salesforce Platform Business Partner

In this role, you’ll partner with sales, marketing, and operations to design scalable solutions, simplify processes, and improve how Salesforce supports the business. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who enjoys balancing platform ownership, thoughtful solution design, and practical delivery.
Your Mission:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand goals and design simple, scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Translate business needs into maintainable configurations, workflows, and platform enhancements.
- Determine the right approach for automation, including when to use Flow, Apex, or Lightning Web Components.
- Lead Salesforce initiatives from design through implementation.
- Help manage backlog prioritization, release planning, and change control.
- Collaborate across business and technical teams to align scope, sequencing, and outcomes.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, automations, and integrations.
- Improve data quality, platform performance, security, and user experience.
- Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt and simplify existing customizations.
- Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve speed and consistency.
Experience/Expertise You Bring:
- 6+ years of progressive business and technology experience.
- Substantial hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a complex environment.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, Flow architecture, and platform capabilities.
- Experience designing and improving cross-functional business processes.
- Ability to design scalable solutions and influence how problems are defined.
- Proven ability to simplify processes and avoid unnecessary automation.
- Comfort working across multiple departments with competing priorities.
- Willingness to use AI-assisted development tools responsibly.
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred; Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder a plus.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, data management, Python, Azure, or Microsoft automation tools is a plus.
