Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical or a related engineering field
  • 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic and welding equipment
  • 3-5 years experience in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs
  • Understanding of ABB, KUKA, and FANUC robots
  • Experience with VDA 6.1 and IATF 16949 quality systems
  • Familiarity with ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards

Responsibilities

  • Analyze machine and UAP downtime
  • Conduct labor analysis for maintenance technicians
  • Issue monthly reports on plant downtime indicators
  • Administer and execute preventive maintenance programs
  • Oversee analysis of preventive maintenance efficacy
  • Generate standard maintenance work procedures
  • Coordinate weekly TPM meetings and train personnel on TPM and preventive maintenance

  • Analysis of preventive maintenance
  • Issuance of weekly and monthly preventive maintenance routines PM software administration
  • Generation of Standard Maintenance work procedures
  • Coordination of the weekly TPM meeting Training of personnel in TPM and Preventive Maintenance topics Maintenance of extraction systems


Your profile and competencies to succeed

  • Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical or related engineering.
  • 3 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance
  • Maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic and welding equipment.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Industrial Maintenance and TPM
