Your role.
You’ll safeguard businesses through optimizing the value received from tech investments. Your experience will include, but will not be limited to:
- Handling or creating projects (assisting with research, special analysis requested by Managers, Partners, etc.)
- Advanced technology research and assistance with thought leadership development IT assessment
- Process improvement/reengineering and operational review
- Assist clients with selecting and/or implementing and optimizing enterprise technology solutions (ERP, SCM, RPA, MES, CPM, IIoT, etc.)
- Developing relationships with clients and participating in networking/business development activities
- Engaging in firm professional development activities
The qualifications.
- Detail-oriented leader with problem solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, supply chain management, operations, finance, information technology, engineering, or related field.
- Academic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0).
- Supply chain and/or engineering knowledge/experience is preferred.
- Some experience with selecting and/or implementing enterprise technology solutions (ERP, SCM, MES, RPA, IIoT, Analytics, etc.) is preferred.
This is a non-exempt position and may require work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week. This position may require some local, national, and occasional international travel.

The compensation range reflects the base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this position across our offices in the following regions: CO, IL, OH, and MA. Please review the position description for the applicable geographic location. Generally, experienced hires are not hired at or near the maximum salary range, as compensation decisions take into account a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to: responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. For early career roles, including campus hires, we offer standardized, market-based starting salaries among individuals within the same hiring group. This approach ensures fairness and reflects current industry benchmarks for entry-level talent.

The compensation range for this role in CO, IL, OH, and MA is: $6,417.00 - $7,083.00
