You will:- Design and implement metrics, test plans, and simulated scenarios for testing the autonomous vehicle in off-nominal situations, such as after a fault occurs or when remote assistance is needed, across multiple platforms and in support of rapid commercialization
- Create dashboards to monitor, visualize, and analyze fleet-wide autonomous vehicle fault rates on public roads
- Support the Verification and Validation (V&V) of Fault Protection and Remote Assistance behaviors.
- Build automated pipelines using Python and SQL to update, version, and validate test coverage across safety-critical driving scenarios.
You have:- Currently enrolled in a MS program in an engineering, computer science, or a related technical field of study
- Enthusiasm to understand a complex system and its various components
- Experience with data analysis/modeling using Python and SQL
We prefer:- Familiarity with autonomous vehicle technology and systems engineering principles.
- Comfortable with ambiguous problems in a fast paced environment.
