You will:- User Research: understanding the cross-functional needs that would be needed in a central tool, and what outside systems would need to be integrated
- Design: facilitating planning and design for these user needs, in combination with our Salesforce PgM and external developers
- Change Management: facilitating feedback sessions and the user teams' transition into the new tooling.
You have:- Salesforce Design
- Program Management
We prefer:- AV / Technical Startup Experience
