Are an undergraduate currently pursuing a degree with an expected graduation date ofDecember 2027 6 June 2028
Mustbe able to begin full-time employment at a PIMCO office betweenJanuary 2028 6 August 2028
Have a minimum 3.2 cumulative collegiate grade point average on a 4.0 scale (or the equivalent) at an accredited 4-year college or university
Are fluent in Spanishand English (speaking, reading, writing).

The PIMCO Internship Experience:
The PIMCO Internship is a 10-week program that runs from early June to mid-August, with the expectation that you will be available for the full duration of the program

As a PIMCO intern,youllreceive competitive compensation, along with a transition bonus to help with relocation to one of our office locations
What to expect during the interview process:
After we receive your application, we will conductan initialreview of your resume
If you are selected to move forward, you will take a cognitive assessment andhave the opportunity toshowcaseyour interests, skills, and personality by completing a one-way video interview
Once you complete the assessment and one-way video interview, you will have a final round of live interviews via video conference. These interviews typically include both behavioral and technical questions

PIMCO follows a total compensation approach when rewarding employees which includes a base salary and a discretionary bonus. Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors. The discretionary bonus is used to award performance and therefore is determined by company, business, team, and individual performance.
