  • Develop propensity models, scoring and next-best-action approaches; validate performance, monitor drift and make recommendations usable by marketers and distribution channels.
  • Create decision intelligence tools that translate data into choices about audiences, channels, content, timing and investment.

AI, Personalization and Content
  • Identify, test and scale AI applications across research synthesis, insight generation, campaign planning, content production, experimentation and performance analysis.

  • Advance precise audience and account targeting using consented data, intent and behavioral signals, while setting standards for privacy, model governance and brand integrity.

Measurement, Optimization and ROI
  • Create a consistent measurement framework connecting reach, engagement and conversion to qualified opportunities, client activity, asset flows and retention where attribution is supportable.
  • Leverage and evolve existing ecosystem of dashboards and analytic methods for incrementality, attribution, marketing mix and return on investment; state assumptions and measurement limits clearly.
  • Use test results and performance signals to optimize targeting, creative, channel mix, journeys and marketing spend on an ongoing basis.

Leadership, Adoption and Governance
  • Provide strategic influence across marketing technology, data science, analytics, digital experience, and marketing operations, partnering with functional leaders to align capabilities, priorities, and outcomes.
  • Create practical adoption plans, training and service models so regional and channel marketing teams can use new capabilities effectively.
