From internal controls to process to accounting transactionsand everything in between, our integrated solution approach is designed to help enable and manage growth, leverage resources, and mitigate costs and risks.

Your role.

As an outsourced financial advisory consultant, you92ll work in a team to provide accounting assistance to clients on an ongoing, recurring basis. You92ll be instrumental in serving our clients through accounting solutions that havea direct impact on our client92s overall business processes and reporting.Your work will include, but not be limited to:

Accounting and financial advisory services:

• Monthly financial close

• Financial account reconciliations

• Financial statement analysis and fluctuation observations and recommendations

• Preparation of balance sheets and income statements

• Preparation of sales/payroll/property tax filings

• Preparation and filing of Forms 1099



Evaluation of business and accounting processes and procedures:

• Recognize and provide recommendations for improvements to accounting processes and systems

• Interact with other practice areas within management consulting and other practice areas including but not limited to audit, tax, wealth management and consulting.

The qualifications.

• Detail-oriented leader with problem solving, communication, critical thinker, organizational, technical and analytical skills.

• Bachelor92s degreein accounting,economics, finance,or related field.

• Academic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0).

• Preferred: On track to complete the requisite degree and supporting credits to sit for the CPA exam, with the goal of successfully obtaining your CPA license

This is an exempt position that may require some local, national, and occasional international travel.

The compensation range for this role in CO, IL and MA is: $82,000.00 - $85,000.00
