Reports to: Associate Vice President Clinical Services/Resources & Elder Care

Status: Permanent Full-Time

What You'll Do

  • Provide leadership and oversight for nursing, personal care, and interdisciplinary services within the home
  • Ensure residents receive safe, evidence-informed, culturally safe, and resident-centered care.
  • In collaboration with the Quality Team develops, tracks, and evaluates quality and risk indicators and identify key performance indicators

Ontario Regulations for Long-Term Care

Occupational Health and Safety Act

College of Nurses of Ontario standards

Accreditation Canada standards and Required Organizational Practices (ROPs)

  • Coordinate Ministry inspections, audits, accreditation activities, and corrective action plans
  • Oversee operational planning, staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Lead, mentor, and support managers and interdisciplinary teams
  • Participate in budget planning and financial stewardship
  • Promote meaningful resident and family engagement
  • Develop collaborative relationships with hospitals, Indigenous communities, Ontario Health teams, public health, and community partners
  • Support organizational strategic priorities and transformation initiatives


What You Bring

Salary: $137,319.00 - $164,170.50
