JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

Dignitas is seeking a strong and experienced Program Manager for a large multi-year single award IDIQ contract. The candidate for this position will report directly to the Senior Program Manager and act on his behalf as his Deputy in all Program Management functions to include: financial management, subcontractor management, schedule management, customer interface and internal team leadership.

Essential Functions

• Assist mission partners and customers to assess their needs, provide information, resolve problems, and satisfy their requirements.
• Perform monthly status briefings.
• Lead a team to ensure program execution, including subcontractors
• Be responsible for tracking and maintaining cost, schedule, and technical performance
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, risks and opportunities, process improvement initiatives, and common execution metrics.
• Lead follow on proposal efforts

Work Location

Hybrid (In office and remote) - Orlando, FL Preferred

Remote with ability to travel

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in project management, business management or other related degrees.

Preferred PMP or DAWIA Advance certification

Must have at least 5-10 years of experience in project and resource management.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

Must be a US Citizen
