Position OverviewThe Senior UX/Interaction Designer will lead user-centered design efforts that take digital solutions from initial concept through market launch. Working closely with stakeholders, product teams, and engineering, this role shapes intuitive, high-quality experiences for innovative technology products and helps define the features that drive successful delivery. This position requires 2-3 days per week onsite.
Key Responsibilities- Apply the full UX design process-including user research, personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes-to move digital solutions from concept to market.
- Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and cross-functional team members, building alignment and incorporating feedback.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
- Contribute to the design and definition of product features and identify the user research needed to support project and product delivery.
- Ensure all design deliverables are high quality and adhere to established design standards.
RequirementsRequired Education & YOE - Bachelor's degree AND 8+ years of user experience (UX) design experience
- OR 10+ years of UX design experience in lieu of a degree.
Required Qualifications- Demonstrated expertise in interaction design and 3D design.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
- Strong design presentation and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
- A portfolio showcasing UX and interaction design work (link should be included on resume).
Preferred Qualifications- Knowledge of or experience with battery or charge management or energy solutions.
- A passion for electric vehicles or machines.
- Experience with mapping and 3D imaging.

Salary Expectations: $120,000-125,000 annually
