Full Job Description
Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise level infrastructure program planning for MEP systems, Building Envelope, and elevators
  • Align capital projects with long term system strategy, reliability goals, and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate cross functional teams (Engineering, Facilities Ops, Construction, IT/OT, Finance) for infrastructure initiatives
  • Develop enterprise infrastructure standards, design criteria, and technical guidelines
  • Oversee scoping, prioritization, and sequencing of major infrastructure renewal projects
  • Partner with the Strategic Asset Program Manager to integrate FCI, lifecycle data, and CMMS insights into project planning
  • Manage enterprise wide infrastructure risk assessments and mitigation strategies
  • Support capital budgeting, cost estimating, and multi-year infrastructure planning
  • Ensure consistent execution of infrastructure projects across all sites
  • Oversee vendor, consultant, and contractor coordination for infrastructure programs
  • Support commissioning, turnover, and integration of new infrastructure assets
  • Monitor project performance, schedule, and risk across the infrastructure portfolio
  • Facilitate cross site communication and knowledge sharing on infrastructure best practices
  • Ensure compliance with NFPA, NEC, ASHRAE, DOH, TJC, and other regulatory requirements
  • Communicate infrastructure risks, priorities, and program status to system leadership

Qualifications

EDUCATION
  • Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field. PE, PMP, CxA, or similar credential preferred. Professional association membership (ASHE, NFPA, ASHRAE, APPA) and OSHA 30 preferred.

EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure program management, capital planning, or engineering; healthcare preferred. Experience with MEP systems, elevators, and critical infrastructure projects. Candidates without a Bachelor's degree must have 10+ years of relevant infrastructure or capital program leadership experience and be actively enrolled in a degree program.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
  • Experience with CMMS, capital planning systems, and engineering documentation
  • Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and infrastructure design

PHYSICAL DEMAND
  • Moderate physical effort: intermittent standing, walking, and reaching is required without assistance. Close computer work with intense concentration more than half of the day. Ability to discern color, ability to hear conversations and telephone communications clearly. The physical working environment will be a well-lit and ventilated office space with a work area and access to plotters, scanners, and printers. Part-time working environment will require visits to construction and renovation sites. Applicant must be able to navigate sites under construction including stairs and ladders unassisted.
