Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Property Accounting and Multifamily Accounting Operations.
• Hands-on expertise with Yardi Voyager or similar ERP property management software.
• Solid background in Lease Administration with knowledge of rent rolls and lease compliance.
• Experience in Fund Accounting and Corporate Finance reporting processes.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) systems.
• Familiarity with reconciliation practices for bank accounts, GL, and intercompany transactions.
• Proficient in Budgeting & Reporting methods, including forecasting and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage Property Accounting operations for various property types.
• Oversee Lease Administration, ensuring accurate lease abstraction and compliance.
• Support Fund Accounting functions, such as investor reporting and capital calls.
• Handle financial planning and analysis within Corporate Finance.
• Manage full cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Perform detailed reconciliations across multiple financial areas and accounts.
• Lead the creation of annual budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
