Qualifications

• Located in the U.S. and willing to relocate to San Francisco
• 3+ years of experience in technology and crypto sectors
• Proven track record in community building and growth
• Experience in scaling customer success systems
• Operational background in a crypto startup
• Team management experience
• Strong social media presence with an existing following
• In-depth knowledge of the crypto ecosystem
• Excellent communication skills, both online and offline
• Strong organizational, project management, and operational skills
• Self-starter with a growth-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand UGLYCASH's community
• Create and produce engaging community content
• Develop community support infrastructure and CRM systems
• Organize and facilitate in-person community events
• Gather and analyze community feedback for product improvement
• Act as a public spokesperson for UGLYCASH
