About the Role:

We're looking for a Workplace Food & Beverage Manager to lead the next chapter of food at Crusoe: creating one aligned Food & Beverage strategy across every site type: offices, data centers, and manufacturing - and transitioning to an in-house lunch and catering partner who can support both daily meal programs and catering needs company-wide.

This is a foundational, high-impact role, you'll shape our approach to food and beverage at every site, for years to come. You'll own F&B strategy, guidelines, vendors, and budget end-to-end, partnering closely with Site Operations, EHS, and regional Workplace teams. Reports to the Director of Workplace.

What You'll Be Working On:
  • Define and lead Crusoe's global Food & Beverage strategy, creating alignment across every site type - offices, data centers, and manufacturing - under one cohesive, scalable model.
  • Establish company-wide F&B guidelines and ensure offerings adhere to them at every site, covering food quality, dietary inclusivity, vendor standards, sustainability, and cost efficiency.
  • Transition Crusoe to an in-house lunch and catering partner that can support both daily meal programs and catering needs - All Hands, site events, and larger gatherings - consistently across every location.
  • Lead F&B planning for new site openings: offices, data centers, and manufacturing - from initial strategy through launch.
  • Partner with Site Operations and EHS to tailor F&B standards for shift-based, industrial environments at our data centers and manufacturing sites.
  • Own program economics: build and manage the global F&B budget, benchmark costs, and drive efficiency as the program scales.
  • Build sustainability into the program by design, reducing waste, sourcing responsibly, and tracking progress against goals.
  • Manage and elevate vendor relationships, equipping regional Workplace Managers with playbooks to run the program locally with consistency.
  • Track program health, employee satisfaction, cost per person, waste diverted, and vendor performance, and share progress with leadership.

What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • 7+ years leading food & beverage, corporate dining, or hospitality programs, with a track record of building or scaling programs across multiple sites.
  • Proven experience designing catering, dining, or events programs, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and service-model design.
  • Experience supporting food service in industrial, manufacturing, data center, or other 24/7 shift-based environments, in addition to traditional offices.
  • Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills, with an eye for consistency and quality across a growing portfolio of sites.
  • Confidence building and owning a multi-site budget, with a data-driven approach to cost modeling and decision-making.
  • Strong grounding in sustainable food service practices and how to translate them into vendor standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - this role partners closely with senior leadership, regional Workplace teams, and vendors alike.
  • Willingness to travel ~25-30% of the time to Crusoe offices, data centers, and manufacturing sites.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Background in culinary services, foodservice operations, or hospitality management.
  • Experience building catering/events programs for industrial, logistics, or data center environments.
  • Familiarity with ESG/sustainability reporting as it relates to food sourcing and waste.
  • Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) or familiarity with industrial/site safety requirements relevant to data center and manufacturing environments.

Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation and equity packages
  • Restricted Stock Units
  • Paid time off, paid holidays & leave of absence programs
  • Comprehensive health, dental & vision insurance
  • Employer contributions to HSA account
  • Paid parental leave
  • Paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability

  • Commuter benefits (parking & transit)
  • Cell phone stipend
  • 401(k) Retirement plan with company match up to 4% of salary
  • Volunteer time off
  • Global travel insurance & emergency assistance
  • Daily meals allowance
  • Additional perks & programs specific to location
