Establish KPIs and baselines, identify trends and root causes, measure service improvements, and enable data-driven decision making through dashboards and analytics.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here is what we need:- Minimum 4 years of experience in Endpoint Telemetry
- Minimum 4 years of experience in AI & Data Solution Architecture, Data Analysis & Interpretation
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Microsoft 365
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Digital Experience Design
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus:Previous consulting practice experience
