You Are:
An experienced WFS Scheduling Functional Lead with a strong track record of delivery, a passion for continuous learning, and a drive to grow and scale our Talent Connected Solutions business. You bring deep functional expertise, leadership capability, and a proactive mindset to support both clients and internal teams.
The Work:
- You will be responsible for planning and leading the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to enhance performance from end to end. This includes: ensuring alignment with business requirements through process analysis, design or redesign, and organization structure definition.
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems that impact multiple teams is also a critical part of this role.
- Develop detailed implementation plans that align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement to optimize business function performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of implementation activities.
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies to address challenges and ensure successful delivery.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and foster collaboration.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here’s What You Need:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience inWorkforce Software Time and Attendance module, functional
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workforce Software Job Scheduling Module
- Minimum of 1 end-to-endWorkforce Software ADP implementation, including hands-on design
- Professionals in this position should have deepWorkforce Software Knowledgeincluding but not limited to:
- Functional Requirements gather in various modules. Time and Attendance, ACT, Job scheduling.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 8 years) work experience.
Bonus Points If:
- You have team lead experience
- You have external client-facing consulting experience
- You have ADP integration Experience
- You have ADP WFS time and attendance configuration / technical experience
- You have other relevant ADP workforce software experience
