You are:
An experienced Workforce Software Techno/Functional Architect with a drive to succeed, a desire to learn, that will develop and grow our Workforce Software business.
The Work:As a Techno/Functional Architect, you need to be a Workforce Software Time & Attendance specialist and will be responsible for translating client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions by leveraging your in-depth knowledge of technology, function, or platform.
- You will collaborate closely with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that supports the client value proposition and business case.
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert, lead and manage the team to perform effectively, make key team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to important decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems that impact multiple teams is a critical part of this role.
- Drive the design and development of innovative solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
- Lead technical discussions and workshops to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
- Provide guidance to offshore team in terms of assigning work and prioritization of work
- Support the continuous improvement of solution delivery processes and methodologies.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's What You Need:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workforce Software Time and Attendance module, functional and technical experience required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workforce Software ACT module, functional and technical experience required
- Minimum of 1 end-to-end Workforce Software ADP implementation, including hands-on design and configuration
- Professionals in this position should have deep Workforce Software Knowledge including but not limited to:
- Functional Requirements gather in various modules. Time and Attendance, ACT, Job scheduling.
- Technical Configuration Knowledge in Time and attendance module, ACT, and job scheduling.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience
Bonus Points If:- You have team lead experience
- You have external client-facing consulting experience
- You have ADP integration Experience
